Booking the Session: Clients can easily book a day and time that fits their schedule, ensuring they choose a moment when they can fully relax and be undisturbed. 2. Virtual Meeting: At the appointed time, we will meet virtually through Zoom. This virtual space will allow us to connect energetically, just as effectively as in-person. 3. Guided Grounding Meditation and Breathwork: The session begins with a short guided grounding meditation and breathwork.
